Villa Duque is a modern 3 bedroom villa in Quinta do Lago, the most exclusive area of the Algarve and perfect for golf and family holidays. It is an attractively designed house spread over 2 floors.
The spacious living room, on the ground floor, is equipped with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and a wood burning fireplace. In the same space is the dining area complete with a marble table with seating for six people.
The kitchen is completely renovated and equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances such as a fridge, stove, integrated electric oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and microwave. In the pantry it is possible to find the washing machine.
On this ground floor there are also two bedrooms, both with two single beds, built-in wardrobe, Smart TV, air conditioning (extra weekly cost), an adjacent shared family bathroom with shower and a balcony.
On the first floor is the large master bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, Smart TV, air conditioning (extra weekly cost), private bathroom and balcony.
In the outer space you can find a barbecue area and a swimming pool with sun loungers, located in the large garden surrounded by pine trees and bushes. There is also a shaded outdoor dining table that seats eight. With a sofa bed available, you can relax and read your favorite book on this holiday in the Algarve.

This villa is very secure and full of style. There is A/C and a Bose sound system throughout the house. The kitchen is spacious and kitted out with all appliances, it then leads on in to the entertainment/ living room. Also on the ground floor, are 2 bedrooms with Panasonic TVs. On the first floor is the master bedroom which has a TV, a large en suite bathroom and an outside terrace. Aldo upstairs is a twin guest bedroom also with en suite bathroom and TV. The sliding patio doors open up a to private terrace and garden with a large heated pool (extra cost). The terraces are covered and they are equipped with comfortable loungers, a dinning area with a gas barbecue and table tennis. A great choice for a fabulous family summer holiday as it offers plenty of room, privacy and many different activities close by.
