Outside, it has a private swimming pool, garden and its furniture, barbecue and space for outdoor meals.
Villa Sunshine is located in a very quiet residential area. Where there is a park for children to play. Close to the Villa there are some restaurants, cafes and pastry shops within walking distance to the Gambelas area.
Also close to the villa there is an Aldi supermarket, Tennis and Padel courts, the Hospital Privado das Gambelas and the University of the Algarve all within walking distance of the villa.
The island of Faro (Faro beach) is located 2 km from the villa and the Ria Formosa as well (where you can take beautiful walks on foot to see the beautiful landscapes and species of birds.
We have the town of Montenegro that you can also walk to, where you will find some shops, restaurants, supermarkets, service shops, among other services.
