This charming 5‑bedroom home sits in a very quiet area and is ideal for families or groups of friends who want space, privacy, and plenty of outdoor time. Picture yourself starting the day with breakfast overlooking the Ria Formosa islands, spending sunny afternoons by the pool, and ending evenings with games in the games room or relaxed meals under the pergola.
Step inside to five comfortable, air‑conditioned bedrooms with convenient bathrooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find a double bedroom with private bathroom and another bedroom with three single beds and private bathroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms that share a bathroom—one with a double bed and one with three single beds—plus a bedroom with king‑size bed and its own private bathroom, giving everyone a cosy place to unwind at the end of the day.
The kitchen flows into the living and dining area and has direct access to the outside BBQ space, making meal times easy and sociable. Fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and all essential appliances, it features a black marble worktop and a small breakfast table for quick bites. In the living/dining room, a long wooden table seats a large group beside a big sliding window that fills the room with natural light and frames the sea view, while a fireplace, flat‑screen TV with UK channels and Wi‑Fi keep you comfortable and connected on cooler or quieter days.
Outside, the view is the real show‑stopper—guests love gazing over the sea, islands and Ria Formosa, often calling it the highlight of their stay. A pergola shades the outdoor dining table for ten, perfect for long al fresco meals, and a nearby sofa set with glass‑topped table creates a cosy corner for snacks, games, or reading. The kidney‑shaped blue pool (around 9 × 5 m, 1–2.8 m deep) and surrounding sun loungers are a favourite spot, and pool heating is available on request between April and October (subject to suitable temperatures and 48h prior notice). Just below the pool area, a games room with pool table and table tennis table adds even more fun for family and friends.
Parking is available right next to the house with space for several cars, adding extra convenience for exploring the region.

Wonderful stay at the villa. Very peaceful location which is exactly what we were after. This villa is a bit further out than some other of the previous villas we have previously stayed at in algarve but we knew this at the time of the booking and itsee more

This villa is a bit further out than some other of the previous villas we have previously stayed at in algarve but we knew this at the time of the booking and it suited us from a privacy point of view however you do need a car to get around (although taxi services did service these villa very quickly). The views from this villa are off the chart and the pool is simply stunning. Fantastic trip thank you!!!

Très bel endroit. Maison spacieuse et bien équipée Il convient d'améliorer certaines choses comme le compteur électrique qui ne supportent pas le four et les plaques ensemble. Par ailleurs le chauffage de la piscine n'a pas fonctionné, ce que nous avsee more
