Located in a central area, near Boliqueime, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is excellent to get away from the buzz of the tourist areas while still just a few minutes away from the beaches and all the attractions. It has a great garden all around the property, fully enclosed, and a good-sized pool that catches the Sun all day long.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, configured as follow:

All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
The kitchen is very spacious and complete with all the appliances and accessories needed for everyday life. There’s a pantry area with an extra fridge. From the kitchen, there’s also a door leading to the shaded BBQ area with the outdoor dining table.
The living room is ample and has 3 separate zones, the bar, the sitting and dining zone. The sitting area has a fireplace, a TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, etc…) and Wi-Fi coverage for all over the villa.
In the basement, there’s also a games room with a pool table.
This villa has a spacious garden with multiple plants and fruit trees, especially orange trees in which the oranges are available for the guests to grab (in due time). It also has a fully enclosed plot that is safe for children and a swimming pool with 9 meters long by 5 meters wide. Outdoors you can find a nice pool.
The outdoor charcoal BBQ will be a treat for the senses once you light the coals and grill a fresh fish or a nice piece of meat. The table is just next to it and completely shaded from the scalding Sun. Nearby, outside the living room is a nice set of outdoor furniture for some evening chats, read a book or just watch out for the kids in the pool.

This villa is so beautiful, I couldn’t recommend it enough! The company were so helpful and lovely, they left us some cheese and wine when we arrived and cleaners came in part way through the stay. The setting is very rural, which means you can’t walsee more
This villa is so beautiful, I couldn’t recommend it enough! The company were so helpful and lovely, they left us some cheese and wine when we arrived and cleaners came in part way through the stay. The setting is very rural, which means you can’t walk to places but it’s easy to order Uber’s - it’s so quiet and peaceful around, and you get a stunning view of the night sky with little light pollution. The house is extremely spacious and gorgeous inside, it looks exactly like the photos! I would love to make reoccurring visits to this villa, it really felt like home! There was a washing machine and dishwasher which we were very grateful for as there were a lot of us staying there. When we arrived there was a broken air con which was fixed within a few hours. It was a perfect holiday!

The only improvements I would make are very minor. For example, there were no cleaning products so we couldn’t clean the house ourselves - we had to buy a whole pack of washing machine tablets, antibacterial soap, washing up liquid and scrubbers etc see more

We had a couple of slight issues at the beginning of our stay which Antonio and Seashell took care of swiftly, making sure we were all satisfied. We would highly recommend and plan to stay hereat another Seashell property in the near future.

Contratamos un servicio de limpieza diario, que el primer día vino a la hora de pa siesta ( a las 16h00) La entrada estaba prevista a las 16h00 pero no nos dieron acceso a la casa hasta las 18h00, pero había equipo de limpieza hasta las 19h00
