Welcome to your holiday home in Areeiro. A modern 3‑bedroom villa just 5–10 minutes from both Loulé and Almancil, with your own private pool and garden for relaxed days in the Algarve.
This comfortable family home is ideal for those seeking peace and privacy, while still being a short drive from the beaches, restaurants and local amenities.
Step inside to three welcoming bedrooms and four bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space and comfort. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom, plus a separate guest WC. Upstairs, you will find two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom — one with a shower, the other with a bathtub. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning for cool, restful nights.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with a table and chairs for smaller meals, plus a handy laundry room. A sliding door fills the room with natural light and leads directly to the outside dining area by the pool, making mealtimes easy and sociable. The spacious living room has air conditioning, a flat‑screen TV with UK channels (BBC1–4, ITV, etc.), a DVD player with several films, a Wii console with games and Wi‑Fi, creating a cosy spot to relax after a day out.
Outside, the plot is fully private and securely enclosed, making it suitable and safe for children. There are lawned areas where children can play, plus a ceramic terrace around the pool with plenty of sun loungers and outdoor seating, so you can enjoy the sun and fresh air. The pool is about 8 × 4 metres, with a depth of roughly 1 metre at the steps and 2 metres at the deep end. It can be heated between March and October at an extra cost, if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
The outdoor dining area has a good‑sized table and comfortable chairs, served by a charcoal BBQ, creating a very private, well‑presented space for long al fresco lunches and relaxed evenings. There is also private parking available in the basement garage, adding extra convenience during your stay.

We were originally due to fly out to the Algarve in early June 2020 having booked with Seashell, clearly, the global pandemic put paid to that! The flexibility and understanding that Seashell demonstrated at a time business must have been extremely worrying was amazing, they could not have been more professional or more flexible, moving us to this June initially but then moving us again in February to September when things were looking difficult again, they really were outstanding! So, to the holiday itself, we were met at the Villa by one of the representatives who was bright and welcoming and were shown around what was an immaculate villa, tastefully fitted, well-appointed with every amenity you could want in a holiday villa, everywhere was spotless, including the pool and the gardens. The villa itself is set back from quite a busy road, however, the quality of the windows was such that it wasn't really a problem and in the garden at the back around the pool, you don't get any noise pollution anyway. During the stay, we had a couple of very minor issues which were promptly dealt with by the Seashell team. The Seashell team made us feel really welcome, they couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was as wonderful as possible! In summary, we had a fabulous holiday and I could not recommend Seashell enough, I will certainly be booking through them again in the future! Thank you Seashell!

Casa no sol is situated about 20 minuets from Faro airport, between the lovely traditional town of Loule and Almancil, Almancil is literally within nipping distance and is the place to find your closest supermarkets etc. We wanted a three bedroom prosee more
Casa no sol is situated about 20 minuets from Faro airport, between the lovely traditional town of Loule and Almancil, Almancil is literally within nipping distance and is the place to find your closest supermarkets etc. We wanted a three bedroom property where all the bedrooms were nice and the villa really delivers on this, all bedrooms are ensuite, all are spacious, perfect for a group of six adults where everyone wants good facilities. The property is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped, fully air conditioned and with all the comforts of home. Outside the high standards continue, great pool which is very well maintained, very comfortable soft seating area and excellent barbecue which we used most evenings. There is excellent parking for your hire car, either on the gated drivewayin the garage which is under the property. I would say this is a property best enjoyed with a car, we seemed to be handy for everything we wanted to do, beach, marina, Faro old town and the driving was straightforward, parking was never a problem and we could have explored further afield should we have been there for a longer stay. There are a couple of lovely looking restaurants within walking distance, we didn’t try them as we chose to have lunches out and evenings by the pool. The property is looked after by an excellent management company, it’s them you deal with for the booking and I would rate them first class, they are professional and helpful and work to very high standards, I would be more than happy to book through them again.

Que le nettoyage de la piscine se fasse Non pas durant notre séjour mais le samedi jour de menage. Un entretien de la maison a mi-sejour de la semaine serait idéal

Que le nettoyage de la piscine se fasse Non pas durant notre séjour mais le samedi jour de menage. Un entretien de la maison a mi-sejour de la semaine serait idéal

La maison se situe proche de loulé et c est parfait pour ce balader dans toute l algarve Nous tenons à vous remercier de nous avoir loué la maison . Elle était parfaite . Nous vous contacterons dès que nous revenons en algarve. Merci également pour votre accueil le service lié a la piscine . Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans une maison magnifique .
