Welcome to your holiday home in Olhos de Água, nearby heart of the village and with space for the whole family or a group of friends.
Located inside Villas Guerreiros, Casa Pimenta is ideal for up to 10 guests who want a large communal pool and easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and shops.
Step inside to five cosy bedrooms, all with air conditioning, and three bathrooms (two shared and one en‑suite), giving everyone room to relax. The layout is as follows: in the basement, a bedroom with double bed; on the ground floor, a bedroom with double bed plus a shared bathroom; on the first floor, a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom, another bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, together with a shared bathroom on this floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and the essentials you need to prepare easy meals for your group. In the living room, a comfortable sofa faces the TV, and there is a dining table and good‑speed Wi‑Fi so you can stay connected and unwind after a day out. Down in the basement, a ping‑pong table adds an extra touch of fun for lively evenings with family or friends.
Outside, guests enjoy a large garden area and a huge communal swimming pool, perfect for cooling off and spending long, sunny afternoons. The charcoal BBQ is located on the right side of the development, next to the shared pool area, creating a relaxed setting for al fresco meals in the common space used by all guests of the urbanization. Parking is available both on the property and on the street, adding convenience during your stay.
Within about 800 metres (around an 8‑minute walk), you’ll find a great choice of restaurants and a supermarket, and you’ll have easy access to several beautiful beaches close to the accommodation.
